At Wisenbaker Builder Services, we're looking for a strategic, results-driven pro to expand and maintain builder partnerships, ensuring cabinetry programs thrive and profits soar! Primary Duties & Responsibilities: What You 'll Own from Day One: Expand our cabinetry footprint across Texas--acquire new business and build lasting relationships with builders Ensure precision pricing & designs--coordinate with design & estimating to deliver flawless results Develop and maintain cabinet programs--tailor solutions that meet builder specs and homeowner needs Shape product sales strategies--own the details, refine pricing, and keep our offerings ahead of the curve Lead field inspections & training--be the go-to expert for cabinetry performance and installation success Analyze trends and boost efficiencies--turn insights into game-changing strategies Qualifications & Required Skills: What It Takes to Be a Cabinet Sales Powerhouse: 3+ years of cabinet & sales experience--single-family homebuilding experience preferred Proficiency with cabinetry design software (20/20 preferred) Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation tactics, and sales instincts Ability to travel and manage regional builder accounts.
