Job Summary

: The Individual Health Insurance Agent Sales Representative Assistant provides administrative and sales support to health insurance agents, ensuring smooth operations and effective client interactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-growing company , with a clear path to becoming a licensed sales agent within two years. Additionally, there are opportunities to tap into multiple revenue streams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist health insurance agents in managing client relationships and processing applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding health insurance plans, coverage options, and eligibility requirements.
• Gather and organize necessary documents for policy applications, renewals, and claims.
• Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to provide information and support sales efforts.
• Schedule appointments, maintain client records, and update databases with accurate information.
• Support agents in preparing quotes, policy comparisons, and presentations for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, insurance policies, and company offerings.
• Coordinate with underwriters, insurance carriers, and other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company guidelines related to health insurance sales.
• Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, emails, and maintaining paperwork.
• Learn and develop sales techniques with hands-on mentorship to transition into a licensed sales agent role within two years.
• Explore additional revenue streams within the company beyond individual health insurance sales.

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (preferably in insurance or healthcare).
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to advance into a sales agent role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Insurance licensing (if required by state regulations) is a plus, with company support available for licensing.
