We are looking for a Frontier Account Manager to join our team and work with customers within a retail store to deliver Frontier internet presentations and provide superior customer service. In this Frontier Account Manager role, you will work closely with sales team members to create an environment where customers experience exceptional service while fostering relationships to drive increased internet sales success. The Frontier Account Manager works to manage customer accounts and be a key factor in setting them up for success with their services. As a Frontier Account Manager, you will also actively engage with customers to understand their service requests, needs, and recommend the best product solutions. The Frontier Account Manager is an integral part of the team by providing excellent service and building lasting relationships with customers. Frontier Account Manager Responsibilities: * The Frontier Account Manager role is forward-facing with customers in a retail store to establish trust and present customers with services * Learn how to increase sales by understanding customers needs, recommending tailored product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and continuous engagement * Accurately ring up customers services and manage their accounts with detail * Set up any necessary appointments with customers for them to receive a quote about services they are interested in * Communicate clearly with customers so that the information logged in their account is accurate, maintain records, and follow up on all customers experience * Engage in problem-solving and decision-making to handle challenges * Maintain an organized and clean retail environment Qualifications of the Frontier Account Manager: * Experience in retail, sales, account management, or customer service is preferred * Strong ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and adapt to various situations * Comfortable in a retail environment or looking to get into retail sales * Ability to work independently while carrying out responsibilities with minimal supervision * Reliable transportation to travel to retail locations and events as needed * Able to work full-time shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
