Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and meets performance goals. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during assigned shifts to ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying market opportunities and implementing strategies to capture new clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding operational challenges and successes.
• Engage in technical sales discussions with clients, providing solutions that meet their needs while negotiating terms.
• Conduct warm calling efforts to follow up with potential leads and nurture existing client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a sales or operational environment.
• Strong understanding of technology sales processes and account management practices.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
• Experience in business development with a focus on identifying market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and foster collaboration among staff.
