Responsibilities: * Each Sales Representative is assigned areas in which to promote the sale of homes to all existing customers, and to prospective retailers, builders, developers and communities. * Represents our company at trade shows to promote product. * Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity. * Qualifications: o Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. o Effective ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-management, internal, and external customers. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. o Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines. o Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
