Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing and Venice Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing, Manatee and Sarasota Counties oldest and most trusted residential ac companies, are looking for a Sales Person to join our growing team. Applicant must have 3-5 years minimum HVAC experience/knowledge, as well as proven sales/comfort advising experience. High-level closers will earn well into the six-figure range with endless potential. This position has the potential to roll into a sales management position. Marketed leads are qualified via our in-house CSRs to ensure the best opportunity. Service-generated leads will be produced from our trained service and maintenance technicians- qualified technicians turned over leads. The candidate will be first in a new sales department between the two businesses, with endless opportunities for growth. Requirements

:

• Provide options to customers and prospective buyers for all of their in-home comfort needs
• Guide homeowners through the buying process- from initial contact through the full installation
• Retain quotes left and follow up after the initial visit
• Work through objections and provide solutions
• Work with customers to find the best payment solution for their situation, and process financing applications if needed
• Weekend and/or evening availability is necessary to work around our customer's schedules.
