RNR Tire Express is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Wheel and Tire Sales Associate for our open position at one of our Orlando, FL locations. First and foremost we are looking for someone with an attitude and drive that puts their fellow team members first, has a competitive spirit and wants to put their best foot forward with our customers and each other! This individual will oversee the operations of your department as well as implement, oversee, train and cultivate a strong culture of what RNR Tire Express stands for. You will ensure that daily, weekly and monthly sales goals are met through outbound calls, inbound walk-ins and an urgency to hit those goals. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines are a must as well as ensuring that policies and procedures are followed.
