Job Posting: Contract Account Executive Location: Louisville, KY (In-person 3 days/week at our office) Type: Full-Time, 3-Month Contract (with opportunity for salaried role) Compensation: $15,000 flat for 3 months + 5% commission on closed deals Potential: Full-time salaried position after 3 months based on performance Who We Are We're Prolific Digital, a creative web design agency rooted in Louisville, KY, but with global reach. What We're Looking For We're on the hunt for a savvy, driven Account Executive who knows how to open doors and close deals. Someone who isn't afraid to lead with empathy, pitch with passion, and follow up with finesse. Your mission? Help us grow. This is a 3-month full-time contract designed to be a launchpad. Hit the ground running, show us what you're made of, and this role will transition into a permanent, salaried position. You must be based in Louisville, KY and willing to meet in person at our office 3 days a week. What You 'll Be Doing * Secure new business by nurturing relationships with existing clients * Actively prospect for new opportunities that align with our creative and strategic offerings * Assist in responding to RFPs and writing compelling, customized proposals * Own the entire sales process: outreach, discovery, proposal, and close * Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging and campaign outreach * Keep a clean pipeline and report regularly on progress * Help create proposals and pitch decks that reflect our brand and offerings * Serve as a liaison between prospects and our team to ensure smooth transitions post-sale What You Bring * Previous experience at a creative, branding, or digital agency is required * Proven experience in sales or client acquisition * Confident communicator who knows how to listen and connect * Comfortable operating autonomously with limited support * Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and remain solutions-focused * Solid understanding of the digital space (web design, branding, etc.) * A track record of hitting sales goals and bringing value to your team What You Get * $15,000 for the 3-month contract * 5% commission on closed deals * A chance to grow into a full-time salaried position with 100% paid health benefits, 401k, 2 weeks paid vacation, flexible time off, and federal holidays off * Creative freedom, a flexible schedule (outside of required in-office days), and a team that actually has your back How to Apply Shoot us your resume and a short note telling us why you're a good fit.
