Job Title: Sales Associate Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving Hotel Sales by developing and maintaining relationships with our Groups, Meetings and other clients, creating proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Duties and Responsibilities * Assists in coordinating and executing targeted sales initiatives. * Communicates with clients to provide information on hotel services and reservation details. * Prepares and distributes materials for events and meetings, including menus and presentations. * Updates and maintain customer data in the hotel's CRM system. * Coordinates site visits for potential clients and assists with event set-up. * Processes contracts and invoices for group bookings and events. * Collaborates with other hotel departments to ensure smooth delivery of services for our clients. * Monitors and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. * Assists the Hotel Leadership Team with special projects Ideal Candidates for this Position The ideal candidate for our Sales Coordinator position is interested in building a career in hotel sales, operations, or event planning. Previous Hotel Experience is preferred but not required.
