Job Title: Retail Sales Manager - Live Online Sales (Part-Time Shifts) Company: What Waist Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-Site Role) Shift: 6-Hour Shifts Scheduled Between 10 AM - 11 PM EST Are you a confident, camera-ready leader who thrives in an energetic, fast- paced sales environment? What Waist is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our live online sales operations. If you're highly organized, dependable, creative, and love being in front of the camera, this could be the perfect fit! This is an on-site position at our studio in Alpharetta, GA. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to work rotating 6-hour shifts during our live sales window of 10 AM - 11 PM EST. What You 'll Do: * Host and manage engaging live sales events scheduled throughout the day (within the 10 AM - 11 PM timeframe) * Lead a team to ensure smooth production and operations during live events * Create fun, interactive strategies to make live sales exciting and conversion-focused * Organize and manage weekly schedules and team assignments * Monitor live performance and ensure daily sales goals are met * Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure inventory readiness and aligned messaging * Engage live viewers, answer questions, and maintain a fun, welcoming energy during streams Who You Are: * A natural leader with 2+ years of retail, sales, or team management experience * Outgoing and confident on camera with great communication skills * Organized, dependable, and available for flexible shifts * Creative with ideas for engaging live content and promotions * A respectful team player who can work well with others under pressure * Located in or near Alpharetta, GA with reliable transportation Bonus Points For: * Experience with live-streaming, social selling, or e-commerce tools * Background in fitness, fashion, or wellness brands * Familiarity with CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms Why Join What Waist?
