Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Brewery Field Sales Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Beverage Company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our products. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating to achieve business objectives. Duties * Call on new and existing accounts selling all Cincinnati Beverage brands * Deliver and install point-of-sale, marketing, and promotional materials * Execute promotions, on and off premise, including use of branded promotional items * Build and develop relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts * Develop relationships with appropriate distributor personnel * Conduct retail samplings both on and off premise * Represent the brands at festivals and tradeshows * Complete and submit daily recap and reporting to supervisor * Conduct brewery visits for retailers, and potential new customers * Manage and operate within assigned expense budget * Work with distributor sales/management and direct manager as necessary * Ensure the distributors inventories and retail trade are rotated properly and are in code. Conducts monthly Distributor warehouse walks to check rotation and out of code product. * Other duties and projects as assigned Experience * Strong skills in territory management and lead generation are essential. * Demonstrated ability in outside sales with a focus on collaboration sales techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. * Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly. * A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets. * Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office programs * Ability to lift 35 pounds * Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with a driving record considered acceptable based on our insurance company's matrix * Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as needed (including evenings and weekends) Other requirements * No unusual physical requirements.
