Job Description: We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Salesperson to drive sales of residential HVAC units and standby generators. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proactive approach to managing sales from lead generation to installation. Key Responsibilities: * Sell residential HVAC systems and standby generators to homeowners. * Manage relationships with contractors, utility companies, and installation teams. * Oversee multiple sales channels, ensuring smooth coordination from initial consultation to project completion. * Handle multiple installations simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Provide expert advice and solutions to customers based on their unique needs. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC and generator products, technologies, and industry trends. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, generators, or related industries. * Knowledge of electrical and gas/propane systems is a plus. * Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and deadlines effectively. * Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is preferred.
