About Aurora InfoTech Aurora InfoTech is a growing provider of IT and cybersecurity solutions, helping businesses secure their data, stay compliant, and improve operational efficiency. Our services include managed security, IT consultancy, regulatory compliance (CMMC, NIST, HIPAA), and advanced threat protection. We are expanding our team and hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business development efforts through outbound outreach. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads * Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and readiness to engage with sales * Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team * Maintain and update activity logs, notes, and pipeline status in our CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) * Achieve daily and weekly metrics including call volume, email activity, and booked meetings * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns * Participate in regular sales training and coaching sessions Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service (preferred) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls * Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured processes * Self-motivated, coachable, and open to feedback * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus What We Provide * Full training and onboarding--no cybersecurity background required * Structured sales process and outreach templates provided * Tools, scripts, and prospecting lists to support outreach will be provided * Supportive team environment focused on learning and growth * Career development path into roles such as Account Executive or Sales Manager * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and mileage reimbursement if applicable Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts In-person work environment To Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the position and what makes you a strong candidate.
