Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager with experience in client management, analytics, and healthcare practice management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key client accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Working alongside senior leadership, you will leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights that optimize client performance, inform strategic decisions, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key healthcare client accounts, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded. * Strategic Consulting: Understand the unique goals and challenges of healthcare providers, offering strategic recommendations to help them grow their practices, improve patient outcomes, and achieve success. * Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and enhance client relationships, particularly within healthcare practice management. * Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights that improve healthcare outcomes and drive operational efficiencies. * Client Communication: Present data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations in a clear and compelling way, ensuring clients can easily understand how these impact their business. * Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver optimal outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in related field * 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or healthcare analytics * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and translate it into actionable insights that benefit the practice and patient care. * Experience with CRM software and healthcare-specific data analysis tools. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with healthcare clients and practice managers. * Ability to think critically, analyze complex healthcare situations, and make well-reasoned judgments that align with healthcare best practices. * Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple healthcare clients and priorities simultaneously. * Proactive, result-driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills. * Metric-driven and process-oriented approach to achieving healthcare business goals. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in healthcare ancillary services, healthcare practice management, or administrative healthcare setting.
