Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls in a professional
• Schedule appointments / fill the schedule for our sales team to provide free in-home estimates
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to customers.
• Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer records and information.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize call center operations and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and written correspondence
• Strong customer service background with experience in client services
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle outbound calling and provide support in a call center environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week
