In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting clients with their health insurance needs, ensuring they receive the best coverage options available. Responsibilities * Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options and selecting appropriate plans. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide tailored recommendations. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits. * Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients. * Stay updated on industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance. * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups. * Engage in outside sales activities to expand client base and reach new customers. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in health insurance. * Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage and ACA policies. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to analyze client needs and provide suitable solutions. * Negotiation skills to secure the best terms for clients. * Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
