• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Help customers find the right vehicle by asking questions and actively listening
• Share product knowledge and explain the features, benefits, and performance of vehicles
• Present optional equipment and packages
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Provide professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations
• Learn and apply effective sales techniques to close deals
• Keep the Sales Manager updated on goals, activities, and results What We 're Looking For:
• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable with commission-based pay
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive throughout the workday
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
