Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front End Associate to join our team. After training, the hours will be pretty set at an opening shift of 12 - 5:30 Wednesday - Friday with Saturday being 12 - 8. Currently closed on Sundays! Could turn into full time if desired within 2 months. As you would be primarily taking orders & interacting with the customers, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that every interaction is pleasant and efficient. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a well-organized front end area. We are currently in a period of growth and eager to find the right person whose responsibility and bonuses will grow with us as well!

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and promote store products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area, including surrounding spaces.
• Assist with product prep when not taking care of customers
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Experience
• Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or fast food environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting store products will be highly valued.
