Small Group Account Manager trak group is helping a top-performing benefits firm add a client-focused Account Manager to support a growing book of small group clients (under 50 employees). • Hybrid schedule offered after 6 months (WFH Thursdays + every other Friday afternoon off) What You 'll Do
• Manage daily communication and service support for assigned clients
• Lead quarterly client check-ins and assist with open enrollment logistics
• Process applications, policy changes, and renewals with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal agency standards
• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues and maintain service excellence

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits account management
• Active Life & Health license (or currently pursuing licensure)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts
• Experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Position Details
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (on-site for the first 6 months, then hybrid)
