We invest in YOU: Salary and unlimited uncapped commission structure Benefits including medical, vision, paid time off and 401K Product discounts and gift merchandise Training and development opportunities What you need to be successful: Minimum 3 years sales experience Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus Motivated by a pay for performance compensation plan Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Reliable and self driven with a passion to help customers get better sleep Core Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop, plan, implement, and manage all sales and marketing activities to maximize sales and profits consistent with the goals of the company. - Responsible for meeting current sales metrics and goals.- Responsible for adhering to all sales processes and procedures as established by region and by Corporate. - Responsible for executing promotions and meeting or exceeding established sales goals. - Responsible for handling customer service issues.- Responsible for monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levels. - Must accurately track inventory and receive shipments into store location. - Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures. - Responsible for maintaining store standards and appearance as established by Corporate. - Must be able to work independently in a retail store front.
