RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. * Assist clients with policy changes and updates. * Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Follow up on client interactions thoroughly to ensure customer satisfaction * Problem solving skills * Resolution to billing and claims issues QUALIFICATIONS: * South Carolina P&C license required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented and able to multitask * Previous State Farm agency experience is a plus
