Essential Functions * Responsible for making contact with LTC Residents-Families to educate with our NP Care Model and Patients expectations. * Generate an average of 10 direct referrals daily to ensure our monthly enrollment goal. * Maintain our CRM (Leadmaster) updated with referral sources, area and facility. * Respond to Facility and LTC Residents - Families in a timely and professional manner. * Provide feedback to the Manager of Business Development to help improve outcomes and reporting methodology. * Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency. * Promote Company philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care. * Assist with all other activities and duties as assigned. Job Requirements * High School Diploma or GED required. * 2 Years experience in the long-term care industry (LTC preferred) or managed care organizations required. * Healthcare sales and/or skilled nursing community relations experience preferred. * Ability to travel with infrequent overnight stays. * Knowledge of, or ability to learn, reimbursement programs from payor sources. * Knowledge and experience with Managed Care, Medicare, state-specific Medicaid regulations and electronic referral management. * Understanding of the long-term care environment including overall Admissions Process. * Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn company specific systems. * Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee, and company proprietary information. * Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels. * Excellent verbal and written skills required; public speaking skills may be necessary. * Ability to read, write, and speak English required. * Bilingual preferred.
