Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License , or ability to get licensed soon
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Confidence in sales, communication, and relationship-building
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset
• Real estate experience is a bonusbut not required. We provide training and mentorship
• Interest in real estate investment or working with investor clients
