Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Roofing Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners, providing them with valuable information about our roofing products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct door-to-door visits in designated neighborhoods to identify potential roofing sales leads. * Present and explain roofing products and services to homeowners, emphasizing their benefits and value. * Build rapport and trust with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. * Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions. * Close sales by negotiating terms and securing contracts. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. * Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth transitions from sale to project completion. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. * Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, preferably in roofing or home improvement. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. * Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
