Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process while providing exceptional service. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our inventory control system. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance. * Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is highly desirable. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Familiarity with inventory control processes within a dealership setting. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Experience in sales management or support roles can be beneficial. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective engagement with customers. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping and follow-up.
