Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process while providing exceptional service.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our inventory control system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance.
• Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Skills
• Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes within a dealership setting.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Experience in sales management or support roles can be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective engagement with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
