AT&T Account Representative Responsibilities: * Actively approaching and engaging customers to understand their needs, introducing AT&T's products and services in a friendly and informative way. * Helping customers select and enroll in new service plans, upgrade their wireless services, or switch from other providers by explaining available options, benefits, and features. * Staying up-to-date with the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively answer customer questions and make relevant recommendations. * Meeting or exceeding sales goals related to new enrollments, service upgrades, and product sales * Communicating and promoting current deals, limited-time offers, and other special promotions to encourage sales. * Collaborating with fellow team members to meet store sales objectives, providing support for each other in achieving goals AT&T Account Representative Requirements: * A high school diploma is often the minimum educational requirement. * Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or in a similar position is preferred but not required. * Experience in customer-facing roles where communication and problem-solving were key. * Strong verbal communication skills are crucial to engage customers, explain products and services clearly, and handle any customer concerns or issues. * Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting in a professional manner. * Ability to stand for long periods of time * A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Maintaining an upbeat, approachable, and professional demeanor is key to engaging customers.
