Inside Sales Representative Guaranteed Supply Company, a third generation, family-owned leading distributor of construction materials in the southeast, is seeking a talented inside/counter sales representatives to join our team at our Charlotte, NC location! No prior experience needed, come with a positive attitude and we will train you! Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation

: $17/hr + quarterly commissions program

Essential Functions

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with their purchases
• Receive purchase orders in-person, via phone and email
• Enter purchase orders into the system to create tickets and invoices
• Work closely with the warehouse team to provide customers with timely service
• Follow up on quote requests and purchase orders as needed
• Route new opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure
• Help keep the showroom stocked and neatly organized Experience and Skill

Requirements

• Counter sales experience preferred but not required
• Prior experience in customer service preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
• Bilingual a plus
