Join Our Team at The Best Damn Coffee Roasters! Now Hiring Seasonal & Year-Round Farmers Market Reps Dallas, TX Area | $15/hour We're The Best Damn Coffee Roasters -- a woman-owned, locally operated small- batch coffee company based in Dallas and NYC. Our founders roast every bean with love, and we're all about bringing great coffee and good vibes to the community. We're on the lookout for outgoing, dependable, and energetic folks to represent our brand at local farmers markets! What You 'll Do: * Set up and tear down our booth (tent, table, product, etc.) * Chat with customers and share our story and coffee offerings * Handle sales and keep the booth looking sharp * Bring great energy and help spread the love for local, women-owned businesses Job Details: * Weekend shifts: Saturdays & Sundays (4 hours per day) * Minimum 4 markets per month required * $15/hour * Self-transportation required -- must have your own vehicle * Some light lifting involved (coffee boxes, tent, etc.) You 'd Be a Great Fit If You Are: * A people person who enjoys chatting with customers * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable with light physical work * Passionate about supporting local, woman-owned businesses * Able to work independently and represent our brand with pride If this sounds like your kind of weekend hustle, we'd love to hear from you!
