In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and project management, with proficiency in customer relationship management software such as Salesforce. You will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. * Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals. * Utilize project management skills to oversee the execution of business initiatives. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion. * Prepare and present reports on business development activities to senior management. Experience * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Strategic planning experience with the ability to think critically about market opportunities. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
