Description: We are seeking an experienced outside sales representative as we continue to grow our new branch in Houston, TX. Qualified individuals will be extremely service oriented with a great attitude and have experience selling electric motors, power transmission, controls, and/or VFD's. Responsibilities: * Prospect for customers, schedule appointments, and make sales calls * Organize and attend joint calls with vendors * Make group presentations * Facilitate/Conduct training * Provide solutions to customer problems * Quote products * Handle after hours calls * Attend trade shows Requirements: * Minimum 4 years outside sales experience * Experience selling electric motors, PT, controls and/or VFD's * Reliable transporation and clean driving record * Must live in Houston area Salary: * Competitive base salary + commission Benefits: * Health, dental, and life insurance * Paid holidays * Paid vacation * Vehicle allowance * Travel expenses reimbursed at 100% * Company cell phone and laptop
