Capable to cross sell and account develop existing line of coverage to protect the agency and customer. * Rate accounts online * Complete supplemental applications * Prepare underwriting documents such as SOV, cost estimators and spreadsheets * Execute and manager outstanding orders including invoicing, endorsements, etc. * Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed * Create proposals and master certificates * Review th daily "TO Do's" in Worksmart and AMS Qualifications * Hold the insurance license required(220) and have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of commercial lines insurance account management experience.ee or comparable work experience. * Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain an existing client base. * Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients. * Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills. * Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and have Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems. * AMS 360 and Worksmart experience preferred.
