Company Description On-Site $25-30/hr DOE contract term Bilingual must (speaking Korean and English)

Job Description

• Manage and provide shipment information
• Send sales contracts and input purchase invoices
• Handle shipping and customs clearance tasks, and manage related documents
• Handle claims (e.g., insurance)
• Issue sales invoices and manage payment collections (e.g., advance payment processing)
• Arrange marine insurance for each order
• Issue sales invoices

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in trading, import/export, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Must be fluent in both Korean and English for effective communication with international clients and suppliers.
