This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management and the ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory control and ensure accurate product listings on the website. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers and provide information about products and services. * Support the sales team by assisting with sales management tasks and maintaining organized records of customer interactions. * Negotiate terms of sale with customers to close deals effectively. * Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure seamless communication between online and in-store sales efforts. * Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences. * Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns.
