Are you a driven marketing and business development professional with experience in the medical field? Do you have a passion for helping people and building relationships with doctors and healthcare providers? We are looking for a Medical/Sales Marketing Representative & Outreach Coordinator to help grow our physical therapy and integrative services practice by developing physician referrals and expanding our client base. About Us We are a well-established physical therapy/chiropractic and osteopathic clinic in Santa Monica dedicated to providing top-tier therapy, regenerative medicine and rehabilitation services- including massage and Pilates Therapy. Our mission is to help patients recover from injuries, regain mobility, and improve their quality of life through expert care and personalized treatment plans. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, allied health care professionals. Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to increase patient referrals. * Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learn sessions, and follow-up meetings with medical offices to educate them on our services. * Identify new referral opportunities and establish partnerships with sports teams, wellness centers, and gyms. * Implement outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition. * Track and analyze referral data, providing reports on outreach success. * Collaborate with the clinic's team to ensure a seamless referral process and patient experience. Qualifications: * Experience in medical sales, physician outreach, or healthcare marketing (physical therapy, rehab, or medical device sales preferred). * Strong networking and relationship-building skills. * Knowledge of healthcare referral systems, insurance processes, and patient acquisition strategies. * Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
