Our District is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join one of our outstanding agencies. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling, marketing, and servicing our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. The goal is to help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows and ensure that they are correctly covered. Salary: $2500.00 - $4000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Build rapport with new & current customers.

Requirements

• A P&C license is not required, but preferred or must be willing to get licensed.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
