Full description of the position

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Dealership Manager to take charge of our new location and drive its success from the ground up. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of sales operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience while managing the dealership's profitability, growth, and daily operations. As we expand, you'll be responsible for building and leading the sales team, implementing efficient processes, and coordinating with our service providers and home office.
