Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing. You will leverage your knowledge of the real estate market and exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients looking to purchase their dream home. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers through effective communication and negotiation strategies. * Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about new homes, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Assist clients in understanding Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance throughout the sales process. * Utilize market research to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance sales performance. * Manage property listings and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. * Collaborate with other team members to streamline the sales process and improve customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-sale. * Stay informed about real estate law and industry developments to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients. Experience * Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Familiarity with real estate administrative processes is a plus. * Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients.
