Adrenaline Harley Davidson is looking for a Motorclothes Associate, where you'll become an integral part of the Harley-Davidson experience by helping riders find the perfect gear and apparel to express their unique style and ensure their safety and comfort on the road. Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting riders in selecting the ideal apparel, riding gear, and accessories to meet their needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Harley-Davidson clothing, gear, and accessory collections to offer informed recommendations to customers.
• Help customers find the right size and fit for apparel and helmets, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain visually appealing product displays and organize inventory for easy accessibility.
• Promote and upsell merchandise, including coordinating sets and recommended accessories.
• Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering products to ensure availability.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of Harley-Davidson products, including safety features.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges efficiently, following established store policies.
• Ensure the MotorClothes department is clean and well-organized, including fitting rooms and display areas. Harley Davidson Motorclothes Associate

Qualifications

:

• Passion for providing top-notch customer service
• Familiarity with Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, and accessories is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Reliable and attentive to detail
• POS Experience: Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy retail environment
• Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential
• Motorcycle Enthusiasm, an appreciation for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the lifestyle they represent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
