Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our HVAC team in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and a proven track record in business development and customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage projects, drive sales growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HVAC team, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for business development and sales management within the HVAC sector.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in services offered.
• Manage customer relationships through effective account management practices, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee direct sales efforts, providing guidance on territory sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, customer interactions, and project progress.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in customer service and technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC systems management or supervision.
• Strong background in business development, sales management, territory sales, and direct sales.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Proficient in analyzing market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
