Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our HVAC team in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and a proven track record in business development and customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage projects, drive sales growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Duties * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HVAC team, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Develop and implement strategies for business development and sales management within the HVAC sector. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in services offered. * Manage customer relationships through effective account management practices, ensuring satisfaction and retention. * Oversee direct sales efforts, providing guidance on territory sales strategies to maximize revenue. * Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, customer interactions, and project progress. * Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in customer service and technical knowledge. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication across the organization. Qualifications * Proven experience in HVAC systems management or supervision. * Strong background in business development, sales management, territory sales, and direct sales. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. * Proficient in analyzing market data and trends to inform strategic decisions. * Familiarity with CRM software is preferred. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and performance improvement. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
