Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Utilize CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. * Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and develop strategies for outreach. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product knowledge. * Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote new products and services effectively. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively in the market. Skills * Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience with Dynamcis CRM software is highly desirable. * Proven track record in inside sales or technology sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. * Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques for lead generation. * Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is a plus. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
