We are a small design firm in Carrollton, TX. Our kitchen designer responsibilities include creating beautiful and functional kitchen design plans, communicating with clients, and designing kitchens. Responsibilities Create beautiful and functional kitchen design plans Communicate with clients in a professional manner Design kitchens according to specifications Maintain communication with clients and designers to ensure the client's satisfaction Design kitchen concepts that will best suit the needs of the client Create sales presentations that will appeal to the client's preferences Work with a team of designers to create unique and creative solutions to clients' problems Skills Proven work experience as a Kitchen Designer or similar role in the kitchen design industry Excellent knowledge of kitchen design principles, materials, appliances and how they interact with other systems ( plumbing, electrical etc.) Familiarity with MS Office and Kitchen Design software ( Kitchen Design software is Microsoft Office Specialist certified) Understanding of market trends and expectations ( kitchen design market) Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in order to complete assigned tasks on time Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Commis Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
