ATI Restoration - Charlotte, NC Business Development Manager Exempt / Full-time $80,000 - $120,000 Base Salary and Commission Structure, commensurate with experience Company Overview: ATI Restoration, a nationwide industry leader in residential and commercial property restoration and disaster recovery, is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, strategic, outgoing, and results driven Business Development Manager with service industry sales and marketing experience preferably in commercial and multi-family housing, and who thrives on helping others, to join our amazing team of dedicated property restoration professionals. We specialize in water, fire, and smoke damage restoration and reconstruction. ATI Restoration was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Anaheim, California. With over 70 locations and 2,600 employees, ATI Restoration is the largest family-operated disaster recovery company in the nation. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well versed in face-to-face sales, lead generation, prospecting and have a proven track record of successfully developing, growing and maintaining relationships in a service industry while generating $1M-$3M in revenue annually. This is an in-person position located in Charlotte, NC. Overall Responsibilities: * Implement effective marketing strategies that identify, develop, define and establish new business opportunities: multi-family, commercial, government and residential. * Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from outside sources. * Build relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, insurance agents and adjusters to increase the company's market position. * Actively engage in local industry groups, associations, tradeshows, promotional events, community outreach and fundraising events, and marketing and networking events to develop and nurture business and clientele relationships. * Promote positive brand recognition and provide exceptional customer service * Continually develop a stronger knowledge of the restoration industry and our services by visiting our job sites, participating in educational opportunities, and attending company meetings and events * Identify and resolve client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: * 3+ years business development and marketing experience * Experience in business marketing in a service industry. Restoration industry preferred * Proven track record of exceeding sales goals * Professional appearance and demeanor * Computer proficiency with MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet * Salesforce or other CRM software experience a plus * Experience utilizing social media marketing (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) * Self-motivated, excellent time management skills and a positive attitude * Creative and strategic thinker * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to comfortably and confidently interact and network with others and in crowds * Resourceful, innovative and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Significant amount of local travel required with some out-of-area and overnight travel * Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including after-hours and weekends * Valid driver license, clean driving record and satisfactory background screening Benefits: * Health, dental and vision Insurance * Life insurance, disability insurance, and other supplemental health benefits available * 401(k) * Paid Holidays * Paid time-off * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Business development: 3 years (Preferred) * Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Charlotte, NC 28273: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
