Position Summary The Commercial Sales Manager will oversee and grow our commercial and fleet vehicle sales department. You'll develop B2B relationships, lead a team of sales professionals, and work with local businesses, municipalities, and fleet buyers to deliver top-tier vehicle solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the commercial vehicle sales team to exceed volume and profitability goals. * Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and relationship-building. * Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Develop marketing strategies and campaigns targeting fleet and commercial buyers. * Work closely with the inventory, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless client experiences. * Stay current with OEM programs, commercial incentives, and competitor offerings. * Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management. INDSJBR Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on fleet or commercial accounts. * Strong understanding of commercial vehicle products and financing options. * Possess good oral and written communication skills * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized. * Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
