Now, we're looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to help us grow and maintain strong relationships in the commercial and multi-family construction market. Location: Steele Creek Type: In Office What You 'll Do * Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, and construction professionals * Sell our products and services (flooring, countertops, cabinetry) to commercial and multi-family clients * Respond to bids and RFPs , working with the estimating team to prepare accurate proposals * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project execution * Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and project updates using CRM tools * Stay current on market trends, construction timelines, and competitive offerings * Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings What We 're Looking For * Proven sales experience in commercial construction, building materials, or a related field * Strong network in commercial, builder, or multi-family markets * Solid understanding of construction processes and timelines * Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills * Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven * Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned region What We Offer * Competitive base salary + commission * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Team environment with opportunity for growth * Ongoing training and professional development Management reserves the right to add additional responsibilities as the needs of company change.
