Sales Representative Alipearl Hair is calling all hair lovers who are top sales reps in Dallas! Who are truely love sales job, responsible and reliable, who are kind, lovely and have greate personlality to be able to provide great customers service to our clients. We provide wholesale and Retail business in this Dallas location. Please DO NOT apply if you are spoiled or entitled attitude. Essential Responsibilities: * Working in our Dallas store, provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop strong client relationships. * Driving sales by providing outstanding product knowledge and customer service. * Up-selling , promoted sales/deals/promotions, reach out sales goal monthly and annually. * Communicate all merchandise needs or issues to store supervisors or managers. * Contributes to the overall display and presentation efforts within the store environment, including the following of visual merchandising guidelines and general stock room housekeeping duties, for example tidy the wigs/extension, style it nicely, keep the work environment clean. * Participates in physical inventory counts if required. * Memorizes new products, trends, and pricing, and gives accurate information to customers * Develops new customers base via past relationships, telemarketing, SMS marketing, and networking * Drives sales in-person , searched potential customer on social media gain more sales, also contact via phone with existing customers daily. * Provides excellent customer service and promptly follows up on any open issues * Assist in setting up trade shows and showroom events, or visiting outside customers if in needed. * Be able to go on live streaming or make some content for our social media account for bring more traffic to the store. * Performs other duties and assignments as required. * Collaborate and executive base on work result direct with company marketing team or any marketing activities. * Follow up with company sales code and Employee handbook Knowledge and Skills Required: * Must have Excellent Sales Skill and Up selling * Must have Strong customer service awareness and problem-solving skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which includes weekends and holidays. * Strong time management skill: Be on time at work and have excellent time management and strategy skill for following up customers listing. * Strong work moral, excellent team spirit, responsible and realizable~ * Microsoft office document: excel, word, PDF, etc. * Must have strong communication and organizational skills. * Must be able to function in a team environment as well as perform individual tasks. * The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously. * Must have a high level of maturity, good judgment, and a positive can-do attitude. * You do not need to know about hair, we would train you, but we need you to be a goal person, assertive and aggressive your work, meet your sales goal and also bring great customer service to our customers.
