As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our boutique, ensuring that every customer feels valued and leaves with a positive impression. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional service, maintaining the boutique's visual standards, and fostering relationships with customers. English language is required. Key Responsibilities : * Customer Service : * Greet and engage with customers, offering tailored assistance and styling advice. * Build relationships with clients, including maintaining a client book and reaching out for new arrivals or events. * Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. * Product Knowledge : * Maintain an in-depth understanding of the boutique's merchandise, including designers, fabrics, fits, and current trends. * Educate customers about products to enhance their shopping experience. * Visual Merchandising : * Ensure the boutique is visually appealing by organizing and restocking merchandise. * Assist in setting up displays to reflect the boutique's aesthetic and brand image. * Boutique Operations : * Handle inventory management, including receiving, steaming, and agging new merchandise. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment. * Assist with in-store events and promotions. Qualifications : * Passion for fashion, retail, and providing exceptional customer experiences. * Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a boutique or high-end setting. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays. * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
