What You 'll Be Doing: * Build strong relationships with fellow enthusiasts--aka customers. * Deliver top-notch service by answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every customer rides away happy. * Show off your knowledge with live product demos --help customers feel the power of the ride! * Work alongside our marketing team to create buzz and bring more riders into the family. * Keep up with the latest industry trends, bikes, and tech--because knowledge is power! * Own the sales process from start to finish--making sure every order is accurate and on time. * What You 'll Bring to the Table: * A proven track record in sales success --bonus points if it's in motorsports or automotive. * Amazing people skills --building connections is your superpower. * A true love for motorcycles and the powersports industry. * The ability to hustle, prioritize, and hit sales goals in a fast-paced environment. * A valid driver 's license (motorcycle endorsement preferred or willingness to get one ASAP). * Salary & Earning Potential: * Base Salary + Commission * $50,000+ per year -Your earning potential is unlimited with commission!
