Expectations / Qualifications * Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and close inside sales opportunities (renewals, cross-sells, up-sells), set and achieve annual fiscal targets, and conduct market visits to exceed revenue goals. * Build and Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and venue partners, effectively presenting product and service offerings. * Ensure Customer Success: Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams, promptly resolve client issues within 24 hours, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Leverage Skills and Experience: Utilize 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience, strong multitasking and organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to support business objectives.
