Our Work Environment Includes: - Supportive leadership - Modern office setting - Regular company outings and team-building events Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our team of Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a key leadership role focused on performance, culture, and expansion. You'll not only coach and guide our current sales team, but also track performance KPIs, optimize processes, and take an active role in recruiting and scaling the department. What You'll Do: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives - Drive team performance through coaching, accountability, and motivation - Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual and team success - Regularly review metrics to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement - Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives as part of our growth strategy - Create a culture of excellence, consistency, and accountability - Support reps in the field with canvassing, sales calls, and client meetings - Monitor and enforce adherence to the Builditect Process and company values -Lead team and management meetings Sales Rep Team Responsibilities (You'll Oversee): - Door-to-door sales and lead generation in storm-damaged areas - Roof inspections and documentation of storm-related damage - Educating homeowners about roofing systems and insurance claims - Attending adjuster meetings and assisting with claim approvals - Preparing work orders and collecting payments - Providing ongoing communication and support to clients throughout the project What You Bring to the Table: - Proven leadership experience in sales (roofing, construction, or home services preferred) - Ability to track and analyze KPIs to improve team performance - Experience hiring, training, and growing a sales team - Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills - High integrity, positive attitude, and team-first mentality - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Comfortable with roof inspections or open to learning Why Builditect Roofing? - Uncapped Commission & Monthly Bonuses - Coaching Program - Weekly Pay and Competitive Incentives - Growth-Oriented Culture and Leadership Opportunities - Supportive Team Ready to Build and Lead a High-Performance Team?
